Summary: Room did not get switched over, had to ask for more water, coffee. Only got a simple, sorry. Complained at checkout as they advertise as a boutique hotel along with high costs for Saskatoon and they do not deliver. Gave us free drinks at their small lounge. Overall very disappointing stay.
